I highly do NOT recommend going outside of the USA or Canada. I cannot stress it enough to you not to have any of those surgeries outside of North America.
i dont think it is a good idea. the standard of health and clenliness over there would not be the same.
also, you really have to consider that even though it is cheaper to get the surgery done, if something goes wrong the cost of staying over there and getting it fixed up will be as expensive as if you just got it done by someone close to home but without the pain and trauma of the stuff up.
also, if you get it done in a foreign country you will not have your friends and family around to look after you after surgery.
you also should consider that you do need to go back and get some surgery checked up and instead of just going down to the doctor you would have to save up and get another ticket to the country you got it in.
so yeah. if i where you i would just save up the extra couple of thousand dollars and get it done near home cause it will be less risky and easier to deal with incase something goes wrong cause if something happens it could turn out to be way more expensive because of the fact that you cut costs and got it done in another country.

Just go to India, they are very good at it. So many Brtish people are sick and tired of waiting to be treated in the UK so they just go to India and get it done on the cheap and its safe.
Other option is Thailand.
Why do people think only usa and canada have the best ??
I agree with tixy,but if you really want to have it in another country I advise you iran or india.

It is good that you are thinking about the best options for your surgery, everywhere in the world you can find good and bad surgeons, so don’t close your eyes thinking that only in USA or Canada you may find good surgeons.
To take in mind in USA or abroad: It is not only that the plastic surgeon (be sure that is a plastic surgeon and not someone just saying that he or she is) is certified, the facilities and other health professionals (nurses, anesthesiologist) working with you should also be certified.

Take in mind and ask your surgeon what will happen in case of any complication (it can happen even in the best hands) and for how long you will stay in the other country.
