Why don’t we follow the same health care system as England in America?

If you want plastic surgery, and someone is willing to offer it to you, what right does the state have to tell you to wait?
Because you are a centre right country, its a sad thing.
well ask those in england how they like it because they hate it over there people are put on waiting lists so long the go to the vets to get MRI’s and CAT scans

Most people I talk to from UK and France hate it.
Because we have enough common sense to know that it doesn’t work.
Having ambulances waiting outside with patients in them, because doctors and hospitals are rated by how fast they see and treat patients upon entering the emergency room, thereby causing patients to wait for hours in an ambulance outside is neither safe, nor professional, nor “brilliant”.

I called my doctor for a non-emergency and got in the next day. I had to see a specialist and got in the next week. I could have gotten in earlier but I didn’t want to miss work.
I can also choose my own doctor. If he is not in the plan, I would have to pay more while the insurance company pays less. That is one problem that would need to get fixed.
because i already give up enough of my paycheck to taxes. i have insurance… GOOD insurance, so i’d rather not give up half my pay for something i don’t need.
the universal health care system works over there because they don’t have as much poverty and people as we do
obama wants universal health care…i don’t know how the hell he is going to do that by only increasing the taxes of the ultra wealth and reducing them for everyone else. it can’t work like that
